Roberts came under scrutiny for being listed on the Lolita Express flight logs and Wood has ramped up his attacks on him since the reports came out about the shouting match in the SCOTUS meeting about the Texas lawsuit.
Regardless of the opinion about Wood's current action, one must understand that he is an expert in defamation law. He knows for a fact that if his statements are false he would open himself up to a defamation suit.
If that type of suit was brought the court would enter "discovery." Wood would then be able to present evidence that his statements are true and thus not eligible for penalty under defamation law in a court of law. Now you will begin to understand the lack of response from those accused and the MSM's attempt to divert attention from the attorney's statements.
