Honestly just tell him to up his vitamin D, Zinc and maybe also C. Lots of folks are Vitamin D deficient this time of year and if he's not lacking in D he greatly shrinks the odds of him getting a bad cold, flu or Coronavirus. I think it's a crime the CDC doesn't inform people as a well functioning immune system makes a vaccination unnecessary.
