It's unconstitutional for him and only him to throw out votes. He doesn't have that power, contrary to popular belief. That's why we need people objecting.

There's so much misinformation about that I'm convinced the demonrats are spreading it to make us hate Pence and turn on each other. It's subterfuge.

The EC votes you're talking about came from Georgia. And the question was which one of the two sets of electors that were sent to the College by Georgia was the legitimate set. He chose the set that benefited him.
