Options can be to fly to Pittsburg PA (for example) and rent a car to get you closer to DC. But you'd want to leave like on Monday, so have a plane ticket. Tickets are available to these outlying cities.
Every flight from New Orleans is booked as well. You can only multiple route flights that take 10+ hours. Oh and it’s nearly $1,000
