I'm looking at it now, little over the top to be demanding Pence retire. Pence is a quiet guy, he's not gonna go out and talk a bunch of shit. He's one of those "walk softly so your enemy doesn't hear you coming" types. IMO Lin certainly is energized though.

Gohmert is a Patriot in many people's eyes. I don't think you got the gist of why Gohmert sued, it was to put Pence in a legal position that would require action on his part in relation with the electoral votes, It was purely a procedural move to lite a fire under Pence's ass. Haven't heard BOO from the man since the election. Nobody knows what to expect of him.
What fire is there to light though? Is he trying to get Pence to preemptively disregard electorals? Would be illegal wouldn't it? From what I read of Pence's response, I sort of took it as "Hey, Goehmert, you got the wrong guy, I got this, go sue something that would make a difference." Am I off on that?
No don't think you're off at all, it served it's purpose, got Mike Pence to react and show a little of his hand. The problem with Mike Pence is that his roots are from the Bush clan, can never really know what he thinks, probably a really good poker player, but for Trump, Pence could be a saviour or a foe, it's not easy to determine. His reaction to this law suit could be what the think tank is weighing in on. Should we pull him and replace with Mike Pompeo? Or do we take a chance and trust Mike to do the right thing ?
