I think you are all forgetting that POTUS goes first. Lays out his evidence, says what he knows, takes action allowed by law and lays down his cards. When the other side sees the ace high royal flush they will all fold like cheap Las Vegas shills.
Some people are staying the week. I hear the "select evidence" to be shown on the sixth will be the national cheating from foreign entities rather than state by state. Congress can argue state by state.
I expect this to go for longer than a day. Especially since there is a precedent of not having a President until 48 hours before inauguration.
