This statement by Cruz & RINOs is a trap meant to diffuse the January 6th protest.

He says he will decertify only if the 10 day fraud committee finds something wrong, which will be long after we've gone home.

"There was fraud but not enough to matter too bad, suck Xidens dick properly now that you're all away from DC."

They serve. Serve. We pay them. so that they may serve. I can't that through enough. Public servants are only the smallest of steps above your personal servants, to be ordered as you please. They exist, to give you a mouth and to serve you.

Now it's time that they serve or get removed. Best case scenario, they capitulate on the 6th to whatever is designed with Trump and his team, but they need motivation first.

Just Sent an email.

Mr. Cruz,

While I greatly appreciate the effort being made by you and your colleagues I must remind you of the perils we face as a voter base of OVER 75 MILLION. REAL VOTERS.

We begged the Courts, SCOTUS, State Legislators, Election Boards, and State reps to audit, challenge, and decertify premature certifications or blatantly obvious voter fraud in these 7 states FOR 2 MONTHS.

We do not want a “committee” We do not want “10 days” We do not want an “audit”

What we want is action, standing, and remedy! DJT WON BY A LOT!

We have been mocked, slandered, belittled, attacked, murdered, and quite frankly abolished from any public domain, forum, or institution in a Country that is supposed to recognize ALL INDIVIDUALS. 75 million voters grow weary of the place that will be left for them and you and your fellow “republicans” if a Biden presidency persists…YOU HAVE AN INFORMED REPUBLIC!! WE KNOW ABOUT CHINA, WE KNOW ABOUT THE CORRUPTION, WE KNOW ABOUT OBAMAS WEAPONIZATION AND HILLARY’S CORRUPT TENTACLES RUINING THE PILLARS OUR FOUNDING FATHERS LAID USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. WE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU AND TRUMP.

Who will address fraudulent elections if Texas can’t sue Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona…For using compromised election machines, let alone surpass state legislators and state constitutions to perpetuate election fraud?

But yet here we are…Mr. Cruz I write this letter to you pleading…Please stand up for what is right on THE 6TH and DECERTIFY.

Simple Objections, Committees, any bureaucratic conundrum that the people have already suffered through simply will not suffice. Please share this with your colleagues. WE WANT DECERTIFICATION OF JOE BIDEN ON THE 6TH. NOTHING ELSE!

P.S Tell Cornyn that if he doesn’t object and decertify the only thing that’s going to be “redcorn” is his prostate in ’22 when we primary his out of office and any other traitor, God willing our Country has that much patience.

God Bless.

Why 10 days....It should only take a good 5 hours to go over everything that was uncovered and you'd only need a fraction of that to decertify their results. Hell I'd go as far to say any vote counted after 11:59 the date of the election should be nullified...meaning Trump won those states even VA, NV and AZ handily because at 11:59 Trump was still ahead but it was never called. The 10 days is a pittance and justice delayed is justice denied and its been denied to us for almost 90 days.

Patience is wearing thin and these fuckers are giving us little to no recourse other than dragging them out of Congress, Dipping them in Flex Seal Black and throwing feathers on their cucked asses.

This is the most important fact that people need to understand. I have faith in Trump, however I think it's important people recognize the possibility that he may not go "all the way". While unlikely, it's possible the deep state goes full-on traitor and kidnaps his kid or some crazy shit. Again, it's unlikely but if the past 2 months have taught us anything it's that anything/everything is fair game to these treasonous shitheads. Their love of money/power/Chinese cock is so persuasive I'd put nothing past them. They've already undoubtedly murdered people to get to this point. .. They've signed their soul away to the devil a long time ago and probably don't give a FUCK about doing more heinous shit so long as they get to remain in power.

So if for some reason Trump is unable/unwilling to do whatever it takes, then we have to step up and do it ourselves. If you are going to DC and you find yourself in a situation where lesser men might turn and run, stop and ask yourself if you want our kids growing up and not having the slightest idea what it feels like to be free. I have a 2 year old daughter and while I don't want to miss spending my life with her and my wife, I am 100% committed to death/jail/etc if that's what is required to ensure my kid isn't some vassal of China.

To be clear, I'm not advocating for violence, I'm advocating for justice. And unfortunately time has run out...and our options are limited. So if that justice needs to be secured by unprecedented violence on the 6th...well then so be it. I truly believe that if we don't do what it takes on Wednesday, then the war is lost and it's game over for our way of life. So fuck the doomers, fuck the krakens, fuck the "tick tock" crowd. We are in the 11th hour and it's now or never.

5
TheCandorist 5 points ago +5 / -0

Learn what the fuck an objection is. It's an objection and they are offering a route to remedy their objection. It won't be the states conducting their investigation. It will be congress.

1
bratt 1 point ago +1 / -0

To hand it back to the states 4 days before the 20th so they may pick the same electors? What are we going to then? We will never get more people in DC again. What are we going to do, crash bidens inauguration? Oh yeah, he won't be there.

2
TheCandorist 2 points ago +2 / -0

The legislatures in all of the important states are republican. They will pick Trump electors.

1
bratt 1 point ago +1 / -0

They already picked biden electors. They knew 5 weeks at that point there was fraud.

2
TheCandorist 2 points ago +2 / -0

In my state they literally certified the electors while the legislators were reviewing election misconduct evidence. The secretary of state and governor acted pretty much unilaterally.

1
bratt 1 point ago +1 / -0

What state? I think it won't matter if they have a commitee, there will be a result January 6-7 one way or another.

Yep, ridiculous what he did to Dr. Carlson. Hubby originally was a Cruz fan because Cruz talks like a statesman. I told him after we went to Trump's first rally in Phx. he would win and I would be campaigning for him.

Hubby changed his mind about Cruz after Iowa, along with that debate where Dr. Carson missed his cue to get on stage and Cruz just brushed right by him like he was invisible or something. But Trump let Dr. Carson go out.

I still can't forget that "candid" moment where Cruz was kissing one of his kids on camera, with one eye on the camera, and the kid was totally not having it.

Cruz did not beat Hawley to the predictably populous opposition to Mitch with a promise to object first.

Why?

So they could use Cruz's 2.0 fake bs to flatten the patriot rage curve with a 10 day break, steal Trump's last chance.

Gang-of-Eight Amnesty sponsor and Soros contractor Marco Rubio is also a dangerous dhimmi working alongside with traitorous Demonrats for Muslim savages from OIC https://archive.is/Rdb4Q in criminalizing free speech by Americans against Islam death cult.

On April 4, 2017, the US Senate passed Senate Resolution 118, "Condemning hate crime and any other form of racism, religious or ethnic bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus targeting a minority in the United States". The resolution was drafted by a Muslim organization, EmgageUSA (formerly EmergeUSA) and the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC). On April 6, 2017, EmgageUSA wrote the following on their Facebook page:

"Thanks to the hard work of Senator Marco Rubio, Senator Dianne Feinstein, Senator Susan Collins and Senator Kamala Harris we have achieved the approval of Senate Resolution 118, an anti-hate crimes bill drafted by Emerge-USA. It is days like this that Americans are reminded of this country's founding principles: equal opportunity, freedom, justice. We are proud to help support the protection of these rights #amoreperfectunion #theamericandream".

Hopefully their selfishness aligns with our needs.

This is how well designed government works. Nobody assumes beautiful motives on the part of mere human beings; the Constitution just builds in failsafes which let others check them, or makes it more appealing to do the right thing.

Alas, the courts and congress have slowly eroded many of these safeguards, so that now we’re in this bad situation.

7
TheCandorist 7 points ago +7 / -0

Why. What do they have to lose by doing this. If anything it bolsters them in 2024 since none can run again until then regardless of outcome.

6
Alfapike 6 points ago +6 / -0

Right now, they have nothing to lose by pretending to be on board. If Trump pulls this off, all their heads are on the chopping block. Remember, all of these bastards are beholden to special interests...whether it's the NRA, big oil, big pharma. All these guys, 100% of them, are making a fortune by being on the inside.

Trump has made their extortion and racketeering more difficult. That is why all of DC wants him gone...that and exposing their pedo and other crimes.

Your utmost loyalty should be more than just to DJT, but to American Founding Fathers and US Constitution we patriots all should be willing to pay the ultimate prices to defend and protect, because what if DJT concedes, will you surrender and stop fighting? Always have a backup plan.

3
magafootsoldier 3 points ago +3 / -0

Agree with this 100%. My utmost loyalty is to America, and its founding principles. However, as of now, I only trust DJT as a leader. And if he concedes, I wouldn’t know who to listen to continue the fight. This of course doesn’t mean I’ll stop fighting, but I’ll need to regroup. Sadly I don’t have a plan B right now, Sundance is as close as it gets. But would love to hear your plan B, might be something that I haven’t thought of.

2
KillEnemyOfThePeople 2 points ago +2 / -0

MAGA movement is bigger than Trump, who even said that himself at his rallies. Now election transparency and integrity issue is bigger, or more urgent than, the MAGA movement. As you could see, POTUSes, just like people, come and go, issues appears and dissolves, but one thing remains constant, and that is America. America is more than a place. More than an idea. What makes America shiningly unique in the world is a combination of factors, the most crucial of which is the US Constitution, and by implication, those helped give birth to it, namely American Founding Fathers. The oath of allegiance to the United States does not require American citizen to defend any US President, but to be faithful to the US Constitution and to defend her against enemies, both foreign and domestic, as one out of 5 principles mandated by the Immigration and Nationality Act since1953.

  1. Allegiance to the United States Constitution
  2. Renunciation of allegiance to any foreign country to which the immigrant has had previous allegiances
  3. Defense of the Constitution against enemies, both foreign and domestic
  4. Promise to serve in the United States Armed Forces when required by law (either combat or non-combat)
  5. Promise to perform civilian duties of "national importance" when required by law

The rest of the world wants to come to America because she is beautiful, rich, resourceful, powerful, innovative, advanced (institutionally, socially, technologically, educationally), generous, etc. all of which is not possible without the individual freedom guaranteed by our Creator-given, unalienable rights to be all one can be. Without those rights, North America would be no different than South America (with all those ills of Banana Republics) except the difference in climate, as both were discovered essentially at the same time (as "the New World"). In short, America is defined by the US Constitution. So by saying your utmost loyalty is to America and its founding principles, you were really saying your utmost loyalty is to the US Constitution and its embedded guidance on how God-given power is distributed among men in America. That's the way it was historically envisioned. That's still the way it should be. Once you understand your unalienable rights, you don't care who of the career politicians to trust, because by looking how your Constitutional rights are affected, either positively or negatively, by his or her policies, you immediately know if the candidate is working for or against America. It's perfectly ok to regroup. The fight can last a year, or decades. It can be a 100m sprint, but it can also be a 5000m marathon. Those who are able to physically and mentally persevere can even lose multiple battles but still win the war. Once you understand the principles, you don't need guidance from any leader to continue the fight. You only need motivation and commitment, both of which can only be generated but not transferred (i.e., nobody can give them to you). Some Japanese soldier refused to surrender in WW2 and continued to fight for the next 29 years in the jungle of the Philippines. https://archive.is/5YhsG. Laugh if you will, but that's a great example of motivation/commitment in fighting spirit, and where his loyalty was placed, not toward the Japanese Emperor but toward the Japanese Empire that criminally started WW2 in Asia and US Pacific. Similarly, if you are loyal to America and already deeply understand the principles explained, you don't stop fighting when your President tells you to, either out of unforced weakness or under duress. Plan B is not just to have plan A and surrender the fight if/when the leader quits. Plan B is continue the fight centrally with, or de-centrally without, Trump. Plan B is not to have Cheater Joe/Kamala carrying on business-as-usual for a corrupt globalist puppet in USA even for one day if he/she is installed, by all means necessary, including peacefully or not so peacefully storming the national and state capitols, so much so that they will be forced to reconsider and concede for the legit winner of election 2020, namely DJT. Depending on how the enemy responds, blood might or might not be shed, but again, freedom is never free.

sundance makes an important point, the GOPe loves to set up "at least we tried :(" scenarios. Like the $2,000, Section 230 and fraud investigation demand bundle McConnell limped out. He knows Democrats would never vote for it, and thought we were too stupid to see through his old tricks.

These 12 Senators, other than Hawley who deserves credit, are just jumping on coattails (again). And should only be praised if their efforts get results. We are waaay past the days of giving the GOP the benefit of the doubt.

I think we’re beyond “won’t vote for.” Can you imagine after the next “election,” when all of our “protest votes” against RINOs lead to a perceived progressive mandate unlike anything ever seen before? Not to mention any election from now forward will be even more rigged as this one if they get away with it. We’ll hang ourselves with our inaction. No, I’m not sure what exactly needs to be done to those who betray Trump, but I’m pretty sure it’ll have to happen in Minecraft.

He should do his job, challenge each and every state election where he suspects fraud, ask for the evidence to be presented and fricking vote.

Delegating it to a gang of fifteen or so partisans is stupid drama.

Trump won.

DO NOT let the Repubs or anyone else flip the burden on us to prove Biden lost. Trump has given irrefutable proof that outcome-determinative illegitimate votes were cast or flipped. To date, Trump has not received adequate hearings in court or audits. The system has failed to provide minimum adequate safeguards or remedies at law.

As such, Trump is taking the presidency on January 6th, and we are going to be there to help him. It's that simple. Anyone who disagrees can @ us.

4
Serioussurfaholic [S] 4 points ago +5 / -1

Lion Ted's Audit is a ploy only if we allow it to be.

At this point, when every Court has slammed its door on us, we must try everything.

Let them "Audit" and form their "Exploration Commitees".

But do NOT let that weaken your resolve for the Jan 6 protest and 1776.

Mods, please do the needful and sticky this valuable Public Service Announcement. It will save many lives.

3
Serioussurfaholic [S] 3 points ago +5 / -2

Yep, keep the pressure on them and on the state legislatures. If we can get them to decertify, we are golden. And unlike the DC crowd, they are easier to get to.

3
PresidentErectHunter 3 points ago +3 / -0

Apparently one possible scenario is to Certify China Joe on Jan 6 and then DECERTIFY after the Audit.

So presumably according to the Constitution, Jan 20 is the only drop dead date and the Certification can be reversed.

I think it will never happen but why throw away a lottery ticket?

2
Serioussurfaholic [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep, there are no set in stone deadlines really except the 20th. Try everything, and we may win. But we need to keep pressure on the state legislatures also, especially those who live in the contested states like me. Our state politicians are easier to get to.

I was going to mention something similar the other day, the possibility that RINOs will bust a McCain/Romney "we tried guys, but we lost oh well". I'll say this, do not settle for anything but full SCOTUS review of the case. There are so many stages they can take this into that they could keep us hopeful for 2 full weeks and still pull out the rug from under us.

The bright side of the story is that we have Georgia in the bag. As I've said in past threads we only need the man in the boot to drop below 270 to require a full audit across multiple states. Do not underestimate the importance of Nevada, though it won't give Trump a victory NV is by far the easiest state to overturn with margins that make it almost a given. Above all, stand with Donald. He alone is the person to listen to. When the tumultuous week arrives upon us there will be so much going on the disinfo may confuse even us. Remain focused on the man who changed the world, we owe nothing to anyone else.

1
Serioussurfaholic [S] 1 point ago +2 / -1

YEP. We are working hard in AZ on our local legislature, and I will keep working on them on the ground until the day we move next week. And then continue working on them by phone and email beyond that.

State legislatures are easier to get to. The DC types have plenty of ways to insulate themselves from their constituents. Much harder on the local level.

5
VaPnut 5 points ago +5 / -0

1
Serioussurfaholic [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

It should. DC is actually well suited to siege. Especially if those there make traffic jams great again.

5
TexasJack 5 points ago +6 / -1

Treehouse has been totally wrong on many things.

Get it through your heads: Nothing is happening in Congress on January 6th. This Commission might be our only chance.

The Vice President doesn't have magical powers because "muh President of the Senate". He has a job, set forth by the 12th Amendment. It's to "open all the certificates". That's it. It doesn't even say who counts them, it doesn't deal with how to resolve disputes, which is why the Electoral Count Act was passed 83 years later. To fill in those blanks.

  • The only way to remove/replace electors under the ECA is by written objection from at last one Representative and at least one Senator. (Ok, we got that.)

  • Next the House and Senate have to debate the objections. They are only upheld if both chambers approve by majority votes. (The one-state, one-vote thing only happens if there is a contingent election in the House. Not up to that yet.)

  • Dems control the House and will vote against any objections, along with GOP cucks like Adam Kinzinger.

  • Even if the Senate upholds the objections (a big "if" with the likes of Romney, Collins, Murkowski, Sasse, etc.), a split vote between the House and Senate leaves the governor-certified Biden electors in place.

  • Biden wins.

Unless...

The U.S. Constitution supersedes any federal law, the Electoral Count Act included. If the state legislatures of GA, WI and AZ were to meet and approve a new slate of Trump electors before Jan 20, they would have a very real shot at overturning the fraudulently-certified Biden slates in court. Their argument would be simple:

The Constitution gives us the power to choose electors and does not constrain that power in any way. No law can diminish our inherent constitutional authority in this area. To the extent that the ECA sets out "Safe Harbor" deadlines and presumes to allow Congress to make the final decision about which of two competing elector slates from our state is the right one, the ECA improperly usurps that constitutional authority. Our final decision on electors is the Trump slate, and we demand they be the only ones counted."

The problem here is not one state legislature has voted to send Trump electors. Yes, there are stories that some Trump electors acted themselves, but that will not hold any weight without a formal resolution being passed by their states' legislatures.

They don't need their governor to call them into a special session.

They don't need their governor to certify the new slate.

They just need to meet and ACT.

The Cruz proposal provides a mechanism for them to do just that.

Do they need it? No, but they are being a bunch of weak pussies and they need something to kick their asses into gear. Rudy and his team's presentations were incredible, but everyone knows that he is the President's faithful friend and personal attorney/campaign attorney, so many of those legislators discount the evidence for that reason.

But if all of that evidence is distilled down to the "cream of the crop" and is powerfully and concisely presented to a Commission that in turn reports their findings back to the state legislatures, that just might give them the courage they need to do their duty and approve the Trump electors.

Then it would be up to the courts. I can't see this Supreme Court telling the states "No, you can't pick your electors."

3
Serioussurfaholic [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

We are keeping the pressure on our legislature in AZ, and they are beginning to crack a little. But I rather doubt we can get them to man up and do their job, despite the pressure.

2
TexasJack 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's why having something like the Cruz Commission for them to be able to point to and say "See? This is why we had act." might do the trick.

Don't get me wrong, it's a total Hail Mary play, but it's all we have at this point.

If Hawley didn't do it Tuberville likely would have been the first to announce as he has been pretty open about his intent.

4
jetxlife1 4 points ago +4 / -0

This has gotten to the point where this can no longer wait 10 days or go to a commission with potentially corrupt individuals doing a faux investigation . We know the truth.

We need to protest and demand decertification NOW, not in 10 days. We've seen enough evidence to proof without a shadow of a doubt this election was stolen.

2
Serioussurfaholic [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree. We have been wearing away at our legislature here in AZ, but I doubt we can drag them over the line. Some care, but not nearly enough. I wager some don't because the fraud in the last 2 election cycles put them in office.

Our ground canvass is going well, and people are getting genuinely angry. But I doubt they are angry enough to confront these asshats where they live, which may be what it takes to get anything done here.

4
zematynnad 4 points ago +4 / -0

Politicians, by and large, are asshats. The very few I have met who were honorable people didn't last beyond one term. They either quit or got frozen out.

I despise Mitch. He's an evil old fossil.

True. I wouldn't rule that out at all.

McConnell knows that Hawley’s action is going to initiate a roll-call vote. In order for McConnell to survive the backlash of We The People showing up en masse at the same time as the Senate certification is taking place, Mitch is positioning his upper chamber to give the impression of support.

Bullshit

Congress needs to be hung for their decades of betrayal.

Oh no argument from me. Been watching their antics for decades, so I am beyond pissed.

Cruz is clearly pandering. And it's as obvious and cringeworthy as his "cooking bacon with an AR-15" video.

ROFL, that was rather cringe worthy.

THE ROLL CALL VOTE IN THE SENATE ON THIS VOTE FRAUD IS THE UNDRESSING THAT THE NATION NEEDS TO SEE....

IT EXPOSES THE EGOP.....

VOTE AGAINST THE PROPOSAL AND YOU ARE "OFFICIALLY SUPPORTING" NATIONAL LEVEL VOTE FRAUD AND EXTENDING THE COVER UP....

THAT LIST - OF NAMES VOTING AGAINST THE CRUZ HAWLEY PROPOSAL SHOULD BE PRIMARIED IMMEDIATELY and with every DOLLAR TRUMP NATION CAN SPARE!

Third, we already know the Mitch McConnell, John Barrasso, Jodi Earnest and John Thune leadership group will not publicly support this effort…. However, the remaining DeceptiCons must be forced on the record. Where is Mitt Romney, Ben Sasse, Lisa Murkowski, John Cornyn, etc etc.?

Lol, as if we can expect anything from Romney and Cornyn. Let's make sure January 6 leaves a lasting impression on our backstabbers.

Well, getting them on record would be nice. Not that I expect them to go on record.

It usually is, when it comes to DC.

The Counting Power is like the Pardon, a pure Article 2 (Executive Branch) power. The Congress just gets to watch.

Imagine congress passing a law where they could throw out a pardon on the basis of a majority in both Houses.

That's what the Electoral College act of 1887 does.

Not surprising. Most of the power players stay close to DC when they can.
