Doesn’t this thwart the constitution? It takes the responsibility away from the President of the Senate, and. away from the fifty state delegations. He is a Senator, if the election goes to a contingent election, the Senate chooses the VP. His proposal is BS. He should do his job, challenge each and every state election where he suspects fraud, ask for the evidence to be presented and fricking vote.
Delegating it to a gang of fifteen or so partisans is stupid drama.
Yep. Lyin’ Ted should have called for this audit 58 days ago if he was serious about finding the fraud. This is all theater to make 80 million people pat him on the back while he drives a blade in Trump’s back. F. U. Ted!
Sundance is the yoyo. He needs to go back to stocking groceries at the local Publix where his career peaked. Creating division and starting drama. After the 2016, Cruz has been the biggest supporter of Trump's agenda but some haters just want to keep relitigating the 2016 primaries.
Keep alienating and purging fellow supporters and patriots based on the unhinged rantings of Sundance, an uneducated, third rate conspiracy theorist clown. At least a broken clock is right twice a day which is twice more often than Sundance. Get a new hero. Following a fool makes one as much the fool he is. FYI I'm not never-Trump. Voted for him both times. I am never-Sundance. Seriously, go back and look at all the things Sundance has gotten wrong over the years. That's great that he supports Trump, but if his support means hawking paranoid conspiracy theories and creating division in the ranks he needs to shut up and go away because he's not helping anything.
Five SC justices who already threw cold water on the election challenges, and if they follow the 1876 commission example, they'd have two conservatives picked by Republicans, two liberals picked by Democrats, and one picked by the four justices (probably Roberts).

"10 days to slow the spread"
The basket of deplorables needs to start replacing these professional politicians.
Yep. Sundance lays out what these yoyos are up to well, and he backs it up with the second article about Cruz.
