Apparently one possible scenario is to Certify China Joe on Jan 6 and then DECERTIFY after the Audit.
So presumably according to the Constitution, Jan 20 is the only drop dead date and the Certification can be reversed.
I think it will never happen but why throw away a lottery ticket?
