That seems highly unlikely. We would probably know if they were deleting tweets. For starters there would be a message saying "This tweet has been removed according our policy" or something similar. And, Trump would be following up with tweets or press statements saying "They are deleting my tweets". Hell, it might come to that, but I doubt we are there yet. Right now Trump keeps telling us that they are censoring (flagging) his tweets, he says they are out of control.
Actually, come to think of it, I feel like I HAVE seen some tweets removed. They do it under the claim of "manipulated media" or some other bullshit reason i think. Sometimes you will see a retweet by Trump that "no longer exists". Of course, they almost never do this for Democrat politicians. Only Trump and Republicans.
The only things he deletes, as far as I can personally tell, are when he makes a typo and then replaces with a corrected tweet. And I now believe those typos are almost always intentional. If you notice, almost all of the typos are on tweets where he is making a very important point that the media is NOT covering sufficiently. This causes the media to hyperfocus on the typo, thereby giving it oxygen and making the media rounds. Brilliant media tactics by Trump.
