While i appreciate D'Souza's participation, he comes off as a grifter a lot of the time. He is quick to talk about getting motivated and active, but then pushes his content. Unfortunately there are others that talk big about "get active! get motivated!", but sit on their asses and push "muh content!"... put up or STFU.

As for him spending time in prison? That does not qualify him as being tested... he went to prison for his donations. They charged him with finance violations, not protesting on the streets.

While his use of the capitalist system is not necessarily a bad thing... we can't act like he is any more than the Bernie Sanders of the right at this point. They both make millions off of their books, content, etc, while practically doing nothing else but talking about "Stuff".

Finally, i like D'Souza, i do, but i don't see him doing what is necessary to support this nation if it involves something other than activities for profit. Everything he does is for profit.

So how is he supposed to feed his family and be a conservative figure?

You know, and I know - that it's impossible.

If I made Dinesh's videos, I'd be terminated in about 3 seconds from my company.

That's the sad state of affairs.

So I totally am happy to see Dinesh spend all his time making videos, and letting people like me who have to work know what is really going on.

Because we sure as hell ain't gonna hear anything important from the MSM.

Understand the need to support your family... But trusting someone's interpretation of "Events" is how we ended up with a corrupt media. Trust is given until it is lost.

I have always found Dinesh's videos and documentaries both insightful and entertaining. I support his work 100%... but at some point in time, you have to weigh the reality. If there is no action, his ability to make these videos will cease. Period, full stop. If tyranny takes hold, they will actively suppress his and everyone else's voice and ability to make and share content.

He is likely a millionaire by this point, so comparing his economic circumstances to yours is apple to oranges. I would say that you will be more impacted by the circumstances of letting the tyranny take hold then him. While he may be hemmed up in political persecution first, make no mistake you both share the same outcome in the end. How you get there is based on different paths.

"If I made Dinesh's videos, I'd be terminated in about 3 seconds from my company." Exactly, because of inaction. Political speech should be protected universally, the 1st should be protected in the work place... but we know its not. I'm aware of many occasions of where people are fired or "let go" because of their views. This is a slippery slope that starts with laziness and inaction.

Finally, nobody is attacking his ability to make and share his content. I am simply saying that there comes a time where this content is meaningless if you don't act when called. Hiding behind the "i'm just a voice" is insulting to those willing to put their lives on the line to serve and protect the nation in uniform or not. Remember, Fox news WAS a voice as well... and fox news turned on their base/audience.... people who care more about their content or standing than real action tend to care more about preservation than principles.
