No. The "improved" coof-1984 is more contagious. Not more "deadly". The problem with bioterrorism is it can kill you, too. So any country fucking with anything too deadly would need to be really careful. And since coof-1984 isn't that dangerous to anyone under 80, they are running out of bodies to count as coof deaths. So a more deadly strain would be hard to maintain. But more "contagious"? We'll most people are fucking idiots and that'll scare them back into submission plenty good enough.
Probably. They've got the infection rate down (unless the tests are off). Perhaps if they release phase 2 which is an actual deadly virus that were to kill in 2 weeks like the majority of actual deadly viruses. Now people are thinking oh but I got the vaccine or this virus is a joke... surprise! Phase 2!
Phase 2 wouldn't be a mutation of the original virus. Phase 2 would be its own thing.
