Some mask fascist refused to serve me at a large retailer because I wasn't wearing a mask. In Florida, where we don't even have mask mandates. I refused to leave or wear a face diaper, then a nice older lady helped me once she saw the younger associate walk away from me after she realized she had no power over me.
Many of us in FL have mask mandates because of pussy DeSantis renewing his fake state of emergency every 60 days! Selling our freedom for federal funding!! The counties use it to justify the mandates and punish businesses for noncompliance. You're lucky if your county has no mandate.
Pretty sure it's some local governments enforcing those mask mandates and not DeSantis. He even put through a measure to discourage local governments from forcing mask mandates, if I remember right. He should be stronger on that issue, however, but I'm not dissatisfied with how he's handled it in general.

No dancing, no gathering or eating at bars, and over 30 "county investigators" dispatched to punish businesses for not complying.
DeSantis shut down our state, closed non-essential businesses, and caused economic upheaval in Florida. His greatest accomplishment was reversing his far left policies. I'm totally dissatisfied with his weakness, bad judgment, and refusal to protect our businesses from unconstitutional mandates!

Well I live in the panhandle and apart from the initial shut down or whatever you want to call it, it has been normal here.
Sometimes though it seems like the panhandle is a completely different state than the rest of Florida.
