Pretty sure it's some local governments enforcing those mask mandates and not DeSantis. He even put through a measure to discourage local governments from forcing mask mandates, if I remember right. He should be stronger on that issue, however, but I'm not dissatisfied with how he's handled it in general.
He put through a measure to prevent us citizens from being fined for noncompliance with mask mandates. It doesn't protect businesses though. In Tampa things are getting worse. No dancing, no gathering or eating at bars, and over 30 "county investigators" dispatched to punish businesses for not complying.
DeSantis shut down our state, closed non-essential businesses, and caused economic upheaval in Florida. His greatest accomplishment was reversing his far left policies. I'm totally dissatisfied with his weakness, bad judgment, and refusal to protect our businesses from unconstitutional mandates!

Well I live in the panhandle and apart from the initial shut down or whatever you want to call it, it has been normal here.
Sometimes though it seems like the panhandle is a completely different state than the rest of Florida.
