I agree with that. Biden is clearly in early stage dementia, and I say that as someone who has recently watched a close family member go down that path and pass. I doubt Biden orchestrates what he's having for breakfast, let alone an election fraud strategy. There's a reason Jill is by his side in almost every appearance.
