  1. Electoral votes are challenged, debated, then voted on. This requires a majority in both the House and the Senate. Not likely.

  2. Mike Pence refuses to open the envelopes for contested states, granting Trump the victory. Too many unknowns to predict.

  3. Nobody is certified on the 6th or in the coming days. Congress is stuck in a stalemate for weeks. A deal is finally made after a special counsel investigation. Likely.

  1. Trump invokes the Insurrection Act before Biden is officially assigned the Electoral votes. Not likely.

Yeah. I think the evidence presented by Trump on the 6th will at least send this into a stalemate. If that doesn't happen, protests will disrupt the count. I see this turning into a repeat of 1876.
