Florida is Patriot heavy, good luck anon. If the shit hits the fan I'm not too concerned being here in Florida, even the "normies" down here have at least a Glock 19 and AR-15 or AK-47, then you get to the "gun owners" haha.

fucking nowhere. real estate is a bubble. the repealed the safeguards put in place after 2008 to stop it from happening again. rent, so you don't get caught holding real estate bags.

this is financial advice I am accepting full responsibility for. The only caveat is I can only reimburse you for any losses resulting from bad advice in the form of verbally abusive remarks for a duration no greater than 15 minutes a day, and that 15 minutes doesn't roll over (use it or lose it); i.e. you look like shit, you're a dumbass, you smell, etc..

All over friend. Ocean way, mandarin, intercoastal, riverside, Avondale, honestly with that budget you can live in a lot of great places in this city. If you are willing to cut back in sq footage, the beaches are well within your reach. If you want to drive a bit and like being out of the way, Fernandina beach is a great small beach community to the north.

I just bought a 2200 square ft 1963 mid century with terrazzo floors, three 12 ft sliders, huge windows in every room, on 1/4 acre lot for 250k. Great house great neighborhood
