I think I understand why he is voting against certificstion, unless an audit is done, and it not an underhanded devious reason.

Remember that half the voters by the survey in his statement, even some Republicans and independents, are still not sure there was fraud. These are the people who get their info from MSM and are generally clueless. I think the audit ploy was not to sabotage Trump, but to give a public, undeniable option to look at it for the public just now figuring out something is wrong.

An audit, could without a doubt clear the minds of the undecideds. However, I think Cruz knows the offer will not be taken up for fear of exposing the fraud. All it would take is a little in each state to be revealed for people to believe it was rigged. The floodgates would open.

Now, do I agree with this approach? No. But I can uderstand why it was taken.

The elected officials are informed enough to know how much fraud there was. This wasn't a joke about some dead people voting. This was massive, coordinated, multi-tiered fraud. It was treason. The elected officials hoping most people won't figure it out is NOT an excuse for our government not to stop this fraud NOW.

There's no more talking that needs to be done -- only ACTION. FIGHT

Agree 100% with your comments, especially the part about elected officials hoping people won't figure it out, and that is not a reason not to stop the fraud. I am just giving a perspective on what Cruz's reasoning might be. I don't think he believes they will take up the audit idea because he knows once people (the clueless ones) start paying attention, the evidence will be overwhelming.

I get ya -- I don't know what his motivation is. What I have seen repeatedly though in politics is that when the PEOPLE are really pissed and want changes, want wrongs righted, want justice, politicians find ways to placate them, not actually make the changes, right the wrongs or provide justice.

we joke about dead people voting. Have for decades. Now, literally, tens of thousands of dead people have voted in an election this year that has changed the outcome, especially of local races people aren't even fighting over.

The idea that there's always some voter fraud and its kind of funny ends up leading to the idea that, what the hell, lets just print fraudulent ballot, or lets just kick out observers, lets just stuff the ballot boxes more, etc. Then when the problem get SO big the politicians act like this is way to massive to do anything about right NOW -- but we promise, we will placate you, we will talk about what we're going to do next election.

THIS CAN'T STAND ANYMORE -- FIGHT

The ruling class has literally said fuck you the THE PEOPLE. They have literally committed treason. Those who feel like it okay because they "won" aren't mad. That precedent is very, very, very, fucking dangerous.
