I don't think Rand Paul is tough enough. America is in deep shit, and it is going to take much more than Trump's time in office to sort through the decades of swamp build up. I don't blame Trump, but Trump's first term has possibly seen a bigger swamp form, so this second term needs to be a focused clean up of swamp.
