We all know there was fraud. We know that fraudulent ballots were created and cast. We know that legitimate ballots were destroyed and changed.
So what good does an audit do?
Democrats are in on it. Democrats are complicit in it. Democrats are supporting it, refusing to report it, and spreading lies about it. All democrats. From voters to state representatives to supreme court justices.
And they have been destroying evidence for two months.
It is not the responsibility of the feds to go back and audit states. It is simply their responsibility to determine if the state elections were carried out legally and according to state law.
We know they were not. Fraud vitiates everything. A first year constitutional law student knows that. Ted Cruz is a constitutional scholar.
So why ask for ten days? Are you gonna schlep your happy ass to DC a second time to make sure they are doing it correctly? Or do you think they are counting on being able to hand you a Biden presidency while you are sitting on your couch?
No need for an audit. Reject the electors from GA, WI, MI, PA, and AZ in January 6. Simple.

I cannot find 'emergency audit' anywhere in the Constitution. Anywhere.
All the emergency audit does at the end is offer the states the option to call a special session. The same states that have been refusing to call a special session for two months.
Republicans can bypass special sessions on 1/6 and force the state legislatures to cast their electors. Republican legislatures will then cast republican electors for the president. TELL THEM THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT.
I doubt the dems will agree to an audit (depends who and how it is done) But if they do- at the minimum it give team MAGA more time....

Everyday there is more evidence of the fraud and more people are feeling the pressure. If there is anyway to get this done in a ..... legal and non violent way it is preferable. 12 senators and 100 congressman objecting is not enough to convince the house to vote to throw out the electors. I still think it's up to the legislatures to do the right thing and more time can help with that.
I highly doubt they'll be granted a 10 day audit. This is a way for those Senators to appear reasonable. But they also said that if they don't get the review then they'll oppose on the 6th.
My money is on them opposing on the 6th.
But why take the chance? Why negotiate when you have all the cards? Why try to appear reasonable with people committed to screwing you and taking away your country?

The way it reads, there is 100 percent chance the dems say, "sure here is your committee and audit with full power" then CNN says they didn't find anything and the states say no to a special session and Kamala is your president and I wasted a thousand bucks going up there to fight for you.
