The situation with the IQ isn't that people with a low IQ are bad and people with a high IQ are good.
The problem is that people have tremendous difficult thriving in a society they didn't make. Western society is really built for people in the 85-115 range. Outside of this, you start getting problems.
When you have too many people artificially introduced into a society with in-organic IQs, you end up with serious problems, because it's not theirs, they don't fit in.
I'm not sure if this is meant in earnest or as a troll, but all I see here is racism (by the definition we had prior to 2017 or so).
Everyone human is H. sapiens. We are all the same species. Some have different phenotypes. Who is helped by categorizing by phenotype in broad terms? I have different phenotypes than my brother. He is taller, I am smarter... etc. Should we be stereotyped by phenotype?
When the time comes (likely very soon) I will fight by the side of whoever believes that the Constitution of America is worth fighting for, even if they are taller or I am smarter. All American Patriots are my brothers and sisters.
