That is submissive slave thinking and a misunderstanding that most americans also have increasingly been falling prey to. The 2A does not convey the right to self-defense and freedom that you seek. It merely states that it is illegal for the government to violate that right. You are essentially just saying that your masters are too powerful because they said you cannot have freedom and you must remain a slave.
