The fraud has been exposed and there's no need to hold hearings. I mean, we've had dozens of hearings with evidence uncovered, but the end result every time? Nothing.

Because they know they can't win the vote. Dems, and a couple of rinos, will make certain of that... but Cruz can hold his head high and say "I tried! Vote for me in 2024!" Trump obviously knows this, so he must know he has to do this another way. What way? Only he knows.

As long as the dems control the House, the House will always vote in Biden's favor, unless a few dems can be persuaded to flip... doubtful. This means, any vote to throw out contested electoral votes will be lost (House and Senate must jointly vote to discard), and any vote to delay the proceedings while a commission investigates the results will also be lost... as far as the GOP is concerned. The only way to stop this in Congress is for the fixed states to change their electoral votes to Trump. Trump knows this (as does Cruz) so he clearly has other plans....
(edit) A contingent election (neither candidate reaches 270) is the way it can be won by Trump because the House votes for President and the Senate votes for vice president. This vote is by state representation, not a majority of members, and GOP control most states.

I mean either he or Pence is a major win any way as it fucks the plan to have dementia Joe step down mid way through term one and forces him to stumble through the full 4 years otherwise handing the reigns back over to at least Pence.
