This is simply a ploy to make it look like they're fighting for Trump while accomplishing nothing in the process. If they wanted to overturn the election results, they would join Josh Hawley in objecting the election results directly.
The fraud has been exposed and there's no need to hold hearings. I mean, we've had dozens of hearings with evidence uncovered, but the end result every time? Nothing.
Don't fall for the bait. It's more important than ever to call your senators and demand they DIRECTLY object the certification of the election.
Cruz figured out that this is more than just 2020, it's also about 2024, and so his petty animosity towards Trump (ahhh, finally, get him out of DC) wasn't playing well with Hawley now positioned PERFECTLY for being the nominee in 2024.
Of course if we lose the Senate on Tuesday, none of the above matters, since the packed courts will prevent Republicans from ever winning the White House again.
