It's a quote from leftist doomer George Carlin. Leftists can't meme or do math.

If anyone's wondering why Carlin was so full if shit with that statement, imagine a population of individuals with exactly the same IQ of 100. In this case, the average IQ is 100, but obviously half the population is not dumber than that.
