There is no such list, just as there is no good summary of the legislation. Lobbyists wrote pieces of it, Nancy's office compiled it. Nobody read it, and we already know it was sprinkled with poison pills, and Nancy's legislation always is.
Easier issue is who voted for it because 1) either they are born representing their voters or 2) they never read it. Regardless it means they didn't do their job and need to be replace (hint: all of them)
