My experience (age74) was moderate Covid19 symptoms on Dec22 (elevated temp, ache all over, low O2 saturation) and tested positive. It lasted for about a week and am now recovered. I had prepared by taking supplements supplements - Zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, and Quercetin. One doctor from the above group stated that hydroxychloroquine given at the onset of symptoms could have saved 100,000 lives in the US. He recommends you have it on hand and take it at the first sign of Covid symptoms, even before a positive test. If your doc won’t prescribe, get another doc. Also, it appears obesity is one of the highest risk factors. Get the sugars and fried foods out of your diet immediately. Forget the masks, they don’t filter out virus. Join the herd.

Anything 94% or lower in otherwise healthy people, lower in COPD/pulmonary fibrosis/pulmonary arterial hypertension
If you are below 90% O2 Saturation you should call your doc or go to the ER.
