I was referring to the many Dr/Nurses that commented on how ventilators are absolute last resort in that the person is basically dead anyway. Nebulized budesonide along with various other known goodies is basically fullproof AFAIK.

Where did you see that? I saw as a procedure related to COVID. That could be a vent, but could also be chest tube, thoracentesis, central line, etc.
