New Jersey dropped their covid death total by, I believe, about 30% when they corrected the way they were recording them.
That's not a deep state action (except for the fact that government funding incentivizes such inflated death counts to fuel fear and compliance among the rest of us), but political enemies being killed and hidden as "covid deaths" seems reasonable considering the circumstances.
