Georgia Code Title 21. Elections § 21-2-501 (excerpt):

No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224 .
Laws don't apply to Democrats. Just ask Gov. Kemp.
He knows. He’s in on it. He’s a gutless turd.
Who in the Georgia GOP decided Kemp was the right man for the job?
China
Dominion in the primaries back for when he ran for SOS.
So those new 69k voters did not vote in the presidential election?
Lol
Abraham's has a clone maker machine. Printing bodies by the seconds
She is able to clone thousands of people simply by taking one of her huge shits each morning.
This is true....
I despise that fat ass gapped toothed hippopotamus, it’s those members of my ethnicity that make me feel shame for mu people. I could take a man out of the hood and educate him to know what’s right, but these black women that go to universities there so no help for them.
This is happening to white women as well.
Lol always has been.
So forgive my ignorance, but ive been wondering why the hell this hasnt been an issue being blasted everywhere, because until 2 weeks ago, I guess I didnt realize that if you didnt vote in the general, you couldnt vote in the runoff. Immediately, im like why am I hearing about ANY new registrations then?! Fuck these people. HANG THEM HIGH
You can vote in the run off if you didn’t vote in the general.
Read the law. You can vote in the runoff IF you were eligible to vote in the General. Registration makes you eligible.
You guys are retarded. There was voter registration for a full month after the general for the run off. STOP SPREADING MIS INFORMATION ASSHOLES https://georgia.gov/vote-2020-runoff-elections
I don't know, I'm not a lawyer, but that seems to indicate that if you weren't already registered you shouldn't be voting in the runoff. Following the law isn't their strongest point, though selective acknowledgement and enforcement of the law is.
It’s saying that only registered voters can be electors. This is a distraction from the fact that Stacy Abrams is kicking GA GOPs ass at registration. Why are we not looking at David Shafer and demanding him to get a game plan to get rural Georgians registered at the pace Abrams and GA Dems are!!!!!!
Georgia Code Title 21. Elections § 21-2-501
This Georgia Law was ruled unenforceable due to the NVRA in a federal district court in 2017.
This isn't true either. You can move to Georgia and register to vote on the same day and vote in any type of election as long as you were registered in time for THAT election.
Incorrect, unfortunately. NVRA allows for registrations for any election with maximum registration 'freeze' to be no more than 30 days. This is why a federal court in 2017 determined the Georgia law to be unenforceable.
Do you have the name of this court case? Available on justia?
this is good info - can't vouch for the site. there is a link to the order in there.

it wasn't raised as an issue because it is not an issue. The Georgia law has been ruled unenforceable due to the NVRA in federal district court in 2017.
Thank you for clarification. Guess I shouldve informed myself first
Abrams has been bragging about this for over a month. Guess what? We allowed her to get away with it.
The Georgia law is not enforced because it violates the nvra. Georgia was sued in federal court and in the resulting settlement Georgia agreed that the law is unenforceable from that point and any point in the future. This was in 2017.
Prison bitch
Georgia has become completely lawless. Raffensperger needs to swing from a rope. Same for Kemp, Duncan, Ralston, and many others.
I see you didn’t mention Abrams. I guess they don’t make ropes that strong?
In fact, I do not believe they do. Will have to do something extra special for her.
I believe the standard tool for the job is a harpoon.
in your face criminality
WHATCA GONNA DO ABOUT IT HONKEY?
Doesn’t matter, until the right does something it will continue
They werent registered for the Presidential election. Until........they cook the books and back date their registration and saying they all did mail in 100% Biden.
Laws and rules are merely arbitrary if they're not enforced. Just letters, strung together to make words. In this instance, the pen is not mightier than the sword.
They will be blatant until we punish them by taking their lives.
Time to hang them
As long as they were registered to vote by 12/7 they can vote in the runoff. You don’t have to vote in the primary.
But that's NOT the law on the books as I posted... was that law changed by an act of their legislature? (last I heard, laws are not "optional if convenient" - though recent events would seem to be contrary to that)
It’s complicated but this covers it in detail.
https://allongeorgia.com/georgia-state-politics/is-the-ga-constitution-being-violated-with-new-voter-registrations-for-january-runoff/
I didn't think Radditz had a power level that high.
That's new number they think they'll need to play with in order to win
The Georgia Constitution explicitly forbids anyone who didn't vote in the general election to participate in a runoff election!
This is another layer of FRAUD and once again, not authorized by the GA state legislature.
This is the first time Georgia allowed for New registrations of a runoff. Before, you always have had to be registered in the general to be able to vote in the runoff.
