Not sure how many people are bringing weapons with them, and of those people, how many weapons each person is bringing, but they are going to have to keep them on their person at all times. Hope nobody is stupid enough to leave weapons unattended no matter how long they're staying in DC.
I used to have a buddy who was in the Canadian Navy. He said that sometimes US Naval vessels would pull alongside, and Canadian crew members would throw beers to them, while US sailors with throwback weapons in return.
I was Canadian military, we had to pay for all of our shit if we lost it, and it was incredibly expensive! They would charge you at least four times the price anything cost.
They charge you if you lose stuff too. They made me give me back my old cold weather fleece from basic training after I got out after six years! That color fleece wasn’t even authorized for wear when I got out. No way youd see me throwing a weapon though...that’s ballsy

You’ll be surprised how often people in the military accidentally walk away from their rifle and only realize it’s gone a half hour later
