He won't. The DNC has been doing this a long time (and some in the GOP as well.) They're confident that even though everyone knows what happened that it won't change anything and it will be buried like every other time.

but we have no extradition treaty w/ ukraine. there are several european countries that do, but i don't think they're based...they love that they might get biden back over prez maga, and wouldn't do anything to help ukraine if biden should come to their countries as a head of state. also, they could arrest/extradite/try biden in ukraine, but they then ship them back to their home countries to serve their sentences.
Demoralization followed by acceptance is their current goal. As in sure this all rather terrible but there is nothing you or anyone else can do about it. This has worked for decades in incremental steps. Even know I can easily find you 10x as many people who agree that congress is severely corrupt yet also think there is no point in defying congress, versus people who are in denial of corruption in congress. Most people are keenly aware but again have been brainwashed into thinking there is nothing they can do about it. And because they believe that, they see their passive acceptance as wisdom, along the same lines as a terminal cancer patient who chooses to live their last days as happy as possible rather than bed bound in chemo treatment. Likewise the demoralized citizen thinks, why struggle in futility against a corrupt government when they can enjoy X more limited time focused on light hearted pleasurable things. The underlying crux is the belief in that futility, that there are no options, that nothing can be done. This is the greatest source of "power" that the NWO has. This is why Biden will not concede. The swamp will sandbag relentlessly waiting for everyone to give up.
I know some of these people. What’s really mind boggling is that they will verbally attack and denigrate you if you start talking about taking action.
