Have a statement of religious belief against facial coverings notarized by a notary public. Now you're not just saying you don't want to wear a mask but you have a legal, binding statement declaring use of said mask is against your religious beliefs. You now fall under a protected class and legally they must come up with a reasonable accommodation for you. That's the important part. If they do not attempt to come up with a reasonable accommodation then you get to sue the socks off of them if denied entry.
Exactly. Most places don't realize they have to remedy the situation by offering you an accommodation. Costco must be ahead of the curve on this one. I wouldn't shop there.

This (or the HIPPA claim) works most of the time but places like costco will insist you wear a clear face shield instead.
