NOTHING. Not one single thing they do or say to you, is as bad as the feeling you will have if you give in and wear a mask like a fucking sheep.
I have had all the dirty looks, all the "Excuse me Sir, you need to wear a mask", all the BS. I have just one reply:
"No, No I don't"
And for all the people who say "But they won't let me shop at X if I don't wear one". How many do you think it will take before they reconsider that little policy? 100? 1,000? 100,000? All those numbers start with a 1. Be that 1. Someone will probably see you walk away and say "Screw you guys then" and might man up themselves. But if you go along with it you just reinforce the herd-think.
Exchange some convenience for some self respect. I guarantee you'll find it a fucking amazing trade.
