Sarah Palin is a double edged sword for Alaskans. Many were disappointed she did not finish her first term out as governor and instead ran with McStain. By her doing so she got a bigger national profile, while people in Alaska saw her as being an opportunist.
A side note McStain hated her. She was expected to endorse Cruz as Pres yet she endorsed Trump instead.

I think she can win, only Murkruuptski will use that against her. It would be a full on catfight brawl of a Senate race.
