Hospitals have varing degrees of workload. With the pandemic, more people are actually avoiding hospitals and creating a lot of downtime in certain parts of the hospital. The ICU's could still be packed, and even some localities could be experiencing different workloads due to hotspots of the virus.
My question always is, why haven't any hospitals converted all the unused space to ICU space, or used that Navy ship with 1000 beds that Trump tried to give them to use in April?
There is a lot of things that don't make sense... but I'm still very suspicious of the incentives for hospitals to collect monies for COVID+ patients. New York was a state sanctioned murder factory.

We spent millions erecting hospitals for this “pandemic” and all of them went mostly unused.
And when anyone speaks up, they lock us down harder.
