We need a constitutional amendment that holds lawmakers and everyone else in government to the same rules and laws they pass for us.
It's called, "The Constitution".
They are held to those same rules and laws... nobody enforces it though. That part is up to us, because there is no court in this land that will do it. That's why we need to start investing in tar, feathers, and anger.
There are not held to all the same rules and laws. Obamacare and laws against insider trading come to mind immediately.
