Stop shaming people who legit cannot go on Wednesday. I’m tired of people on here telling others that they are basically weak or making lame excuses for not being able to go. We are SUPPOSED to be on the same side. If you’re a shill, BTFO. If you’re a true Trump supporter, still BTFO us Trump supporters who really would do anything to be able to go, but can’t. Don’t assume you know what’s going on in our lives. We are not doomers, we are not anti-rally, we are not weak conservatives or the establishment. Yes, exactly! I know it’s not the same thing, but I just keep thinking you don’t send the whole military into one battle. That’s a losing strategy. You have to have people stay behind in war to support the troops.
I take care of a disabled family member. Traveling is not an option. I'm sure there are plenty of pedes with real family issues that can't go.

We ALL need to be fighting for the same cause and EVERYONE needs to go the extra mile on the 6th.. but the pedes commenting below citing the Bible, shame on you. We all have different gifts and talents that we can use to win this fight. We need boots on the ground, yes... but we also need financial donations for supplies. We need prayers. We need widespread civil disobedience. There is nothing unchristian or unpatriotic by recognizing that your talents and gifts are better used in another capacity. For example... Pede below with broken leg, pedes with PTSD, pregnant women, elderly pedes.... don’t go shaming people who aren’t going. You have no idea about their circumstances.

There are some people who can't make it. Some of us are not in the condition to. Some don't have the resources. Some have obligations. These are understandable.
What I have issue with are those who cannot at least respect the Jan 6 order for what it is: an order. Those who denigrate the supporters of this movement have no sympathy from me.
I disagree. Social/peer pressure is a means to an end, the end goal being the modification of behavior. People need to mobilize. I'll say that again one more time in all caps. NOW IS THE TIME TO MOBILIZE. Disagreement on this point is consent to a path toward big tech / big government dystopia. We either have a great awakening right now. Right now, at this very point in time. Or we get the great reset and there's no overcoming it.
Going to a state capitol is a step below going to DC, but at least it sends a signal. Likewise, going to your county seat or city hall is a step below that, but at least it's something.
We are putting our elected representatives on notice - January 6th is a peacekeeping mission, future trips will not be. They clearly don't give a flying fuck about strongly worded emails and phone calls. So anyone relying only on that should be pressured to mobilize, and if that means peer pressure, so be it.
Go through my post history if you like, I assure I've not spent my time 'shaming' people for not going to DC, but everyone should be off work and going SOMEWHERE on the 6th.
Thank you, and I am protesting more locally. I fully support going and protesting at the state/local levels, and to disparage people for not going TO DC is not helpful. Encourage and mobilize, but also accept that there are truly dedicated people who are behind the front lines.

For most people more than a days drive away, the $1000 to $3000 (including lost wages) it would cost to go to DC is unaffordable, and the week off from work would not be granted. Lighten up.
Armies are run by patriots on all levels. Some are cooks, some are mechanics, some are medics. Some are first wave some are second wave and some are scared to death until they break down, pick up the flag and become the hero’s to save the whole thing. There was a man at Gettysburg that was too old to join the army and march off to war. But when the battle came to his front door he grabbed his gun and fought as bravely as anyone else. I guess I haven’t seen that and there are some very legitimate reasons for not going, but for most, where there is a will, there is a way and you have been asked by our President to be there.
It is important to stay high energy to encourage everyone who possibly can to be there. If you can’t go, just don’t say anything and get 2 people to go in your place.
I agree! The low-energy BS has been around this forum, and I believe many of them are shills. But there are some genuine posters “calling out” those who are posting about sending prayers and saying they can’t go, and accusing them of finding “excuses”. I’m just asking for all posters to be respectful and think beyond their own situation. I desperately want to go, but I am just not physically able to go and I’ve been called weak/excuse maker in other threads. I’m supporting the cause in other ways I can.
