Here's something I haven't seen mentioned. Would the 10 day audit be used to give the state legislatures more time to decertify?

It certainly would. If a commission was setup, the evidence and findings would be presented to the states after 10 days, then if required, the state legislatures of these states can go into a special session to decertify any votes.

However, this is all under the assumption that the commission does do the right thing, the states receive the right information, and the state legislatures actually decide to do something.

The Left just offed five elected Republicans. No way there is a legal 'process' anymore.
