Ted Cruz is a lawyer. I am a lawyer. I have also watched Ted Cruz cross examine supposedly adverse witnesses (Twitter CEO) and rather than ask pointed questions designed to lock in information Ted Cruz asks purposely broad and poor questions.
Imagine watching a basketball game and seeing Michael Jordan miss 30 out of 30 lay ups without a defender.
TED CRUZ IS SWAMP. He wasn't shaving points he was intentionally avoiding using his questions to accomplish anything.
Excellent analysis. I’m not a lawyer and I could see him doing exactly what you described and it proved to me that he, along with most of the others, are worthless.

I'll save you the trouble of wondering. I don't practice constitutional law.
However, this isn't a constitutional law or legislative law question. It's a simple calling out bullshit when I see it.
Which of these are true?
You didn't watch the hearing.
You are not a lawyer.
You do not cross examine witnesses.
