The majority of people in the state of Georgia are of very low intelligence & just plane rubes. Don't get me wrong, they are nice friendly people, but overall they are as dumb as a god damn rock. ( see Jimmy Carter, and this Sec. Of State as prime examples.)
It shouldn't really be a surprise though, as the colony was founded as a debtors Colony where England could rid their prisons of bums and low life's, & nothing has really changed in 300 years.
