There's some incidents of cops arresting or citing people for mask violations. But most of the incidents involve private property trespass violations. People without masks who are asked to leave but refuse. Our state and local governments, including Texas, are holding a gun to the businesses to be the enforcement arm of their unconstitutional edicts. If they don't enforce it, they get threatened with large fines and loss of their business license.
