No sir, he has even paid off his student loan, has both a substantial savings account and current balance. Well he must be a drain on society somehow all criminals are. Sir we evaluate a net gain, if we take him down society suffers. Then what's his problem? Why is he doing this? Well sir, you're not going to like this, we've already been targeting him. What for?
