What if...every elite, and I mean EVERY elite is swamp? The equation is simple: you aren’t allowed to be in upper society unless you can be controlled. Those who can’t be controlled get bumped off. What that equation leaves you with is: everyone in upper echelon is there BECAUSE they can be controlled. Everyone has strings.
