I think something went very wrong with the “laptop” or “drive”. A bunch of stuff got released, with promises of more, then it stopped. When it stopped, suddenly Taiwanese mafia guy releases new stuff, Obviously related, with no explanation of how the Taiwanese mafia got the data.
