Pompeo's speech to the Natl Governors Assn was about China sending their agents to approach nearly all of the governors to try to do deals, and there has been rumors about Kemp and Rafflesberger getting kickbacks from the Dominion (China owned as of last month) machine purchase for all of Georgia, and also of Kemp and Newsome (calif) getting payoffs in PPE/Mask purchases from China.
