Does anyone have blueprints for building a portable guillotine...in Minecraft? I think it would be good for the Jan 6 LAN session.

I get what you're saying, however in Minecraft as it applies to the style of play we have typically seen in the past on American servers I think gallows are much more appropriate to set the stage and direct the course of action.

Perhaps. Gallows are generally much larger (at least 3x3x3 blocks for the platform) and not portable though.

Indeed. Either way, I think this kind of content should absolutely be implemented in game for the upcoming event and not just joked about by the developers. Otherwise I just don't think we can expect to see any real action, resulting in the same disappointing gameplay as always.

True. I'm cheering you guys on from Canada though, so probably not me.

If there are trees in the map, there are gallows. Everyone should bring rope and install garage door pulls in as many trees as possible!

I like your practical approach of utilizing structures already built into the map as well as resources that are readily available and don't take up too much inventory space.

I would absolutely LOVE to see a guillotine or two (in minecraft) at the LAN party! I think its imperative to the satisfactory completion of this level.

I would think it wouldn't be difficult to craft one with wheels on it for easy portability. I've seen a few crafting instructions and they seem relatively easy

The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. When you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of people we're trying to save, but until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand that most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it.
