I think bars can be open outside of yellow, orange, red or whatever color zone Cuomo makes this week, but he decided around mid-November they all have to close at 10:00. So for me it's the same difference, even if they could be open the place I was going wouldn't, they were a 9-2:30 club.
all the bartenders have gone to school for phlebotomy and all the managers are doing door dash. you go into any of these places and there's the owner in the back with the fryers pulled out scrubbing the floor with a cigarette in his mouth. He gives you a beer over the bar and gives himself two then lays his problems on you. hahahaha shit's weird these days.
