Lol dude you can still drill a third pin in your garage with 30/$ and drop in an auto sear (illegally) I don't recommend btw. Serious touble if ur caught. (Remember Waco?) They only suspected them of having untaxed machine gun no proof at all. They also didn't recover any at the scene.
Yes you can and actually most ar 15s have a full auto BCG installed. It’s more rare to find a non m16 bcg in an AR
