That’s what freedom really is. It’s super easy to convert an AR-15 to full auto. The parts all together costs like $20. (as long as you have an M-16 BCG which is legal and can be purchased now) But since you have to get pre-1986 auto sear they go for like $10K a part that maybe cost $10

Can you put an m16 bcg in an ar15? If so, why aren't all ar15s using m16 bcgs?

Yes you can and actually most ar 15s have a full auto BCG installed. It’s more rare to find a non m16 bcg in an AR
